Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and post journal entries; maintain the general ledger.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end account reconciliations.
- Assist with month-end close, variance analysis, and financial statement preparation.
- Process AP/AR transactions and support cash management activities.
- Reconcile bank accounts and monitor expense activity.
- Assist with audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accuracy of accounting records and support process improvements.
Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3-5 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and full-cycle accounting.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, NetSuite, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational discipline.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
